Innovating China Business

In the era of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital technologies, business transformation (BT) are about continuously reshaping every industry and each organisation. When they work, they need to timely enhance performance, increase productivity, create competitive advantages, and sustain dynamic core competences. The future of Artificial Intelligence is still full of uncertainties, but we must be positive and optimistic, inspiring hearts and minds to explore together and create a ‘human-centred’ intelligent world!

Driven by fast-emerging technologies and new applications such as A.I. for wide adoptions in many aspects of life, China’s workplace has been evolving rapidly, leading to fundamental changes to work. Businesses keen to adopt A.I. and new technologies need to ensure that their talent strategy timely aligns to their technology roadmaps, while also making sustainable advancements in productivity and employee well-being through areas such as work redesign and aligning skills for people growth and organisation development.

In order to support the latest governmental initiatives for the New Quality Productive Forces (新質生產力) and to meet the social needs for individuals, enterprises and communities at large, this newly created academic programme (i.e. Artificial Intelligence and Business Transformation or AIBT) aims at developing our business leaders and talents to equip with knowledge, mindsets and skillsets about A.I. and other disruptive technologies in the 21st century.
