Application Guidelines
Minimum Entry Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years' relevant work experience for those with a Bachelor's degree or above.
- Hold a senior management position within the organisation and obtain recommendation and support or sponsorship from an organisation.
Application process
- Application form for the Executive Programme
- Two reference letters
- Photocopy of your highest academic qualification document*
- Photocopy of ID card
- Business card
*Attach a report from the Centre for Student Services and Development, Ministry of Education, P.R. China (CSSD) with the barcode for mainland academic diplomas or degree certificates conferred on or after 2006 or an Accreditation and Appraisal Report of foreign academic diplomas or degree certificates if any
1 Initial ScreeningUpon submission of your application, please be patient. The Institute will inform you to proceed to a pre-screening interview once you have passed the initial screening. |
2 Pre-screening InterviewAfter an initial review of the application documents, the Institute will invite applicant for an interview within two weeks. |
3 Application SubmissionApplicants who passed the pre-screening interview should submit a full set of application materials to the Institute’s learning centre within one month. |
4 Merit-based AdmissionsBased on the performance of the interview, the Institute will evaluate the overall profile of the applicants, including their management experience, work achievements, corporate visits, or the opinions of referees, etc., and admit candidates based on merit. |
5 Payment and RegistrationApplicants are required to pay the tuition fee within the period specified in the “Letter of Acceptance” to reserve their place. |
Interview Process
Interviews are usually arranged online, but may also be held face-to-face, with candidates invited to interviews at the HKU campus.

Important Notes
Applications must be completed 20 working days prior to the programme inauguration date. All applicants are reviewed according to the process. Applications received less than 20 working days prior to the programme inauguration date are subject to availability.
