Senior Executive Programmes

Minimum Entry Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years' relevant work experience for those with a Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Hold a senior management position within the organisation and obtain recommendation and support or sponsorship from an organisation.

Initial Screening

Upon submission of your application, please be patient. The Institute will inform you to proceed to a pre-screening interview once you have passed the initial screening.

2 Pre-screening Interview

After an initial review of the application documents, the Institute will invite applicant for an interview within two weeks.

The interview will focus on the applicant’s industry experience, mindset, career development, potential and aptitude, which will last approximately 30 minutes. The results of the pre-screening interview will be released within a week following the interview.

3 Application Submission

Applicants who passed the pre-screening interview should submit a full set of application materials to the Institute’s learning centre within one month.

The Institute will review all application materials within 3 weeks of reception.

Merit-based Admissions

Based on the performance of the interview, the Institute will evaluate the overall profile of the applicants, including their management experience, work achievements, corporate visits, or the opinions of referees, etc., and admit candidates based on merit.

A “Letter of Acceptance” will be issued within one month after the interview.

Payment and Registration

Applicants are required to pay the tuition fee within the period specified in the “Letter of Acceptance” to reserve their place.

Registration arrangements will be notified in advance and original ID and academic proofs will be verified during registration.


Interview Process

Interviews are usually arranged online, but may also be held face-to-face, with candidates invited to interviews at the HKU campus, Beijing, Shanghai, or Shenzhen learning centres.

Applications must be completed 20 working days prior to the programme inauguration date. All applicants are reviewed according to the process. Applications received less than 20 working days prior to the programme inauguration date are subject to availability.
