Mr Ni is a founding partner of NXT, a business management expert and financial writer. He has more than 10 years of experience in multinational management consulting firms and has worked as a senior consultant in PricewaterhouseCoopers (Advisory Division), IBM (GBS Global Consulting Services) and Capgemini Ernst & Young (Consulting Division); he has provided strategic consulting services for companies including Huawei, SF and Tencent.

Mr Ni has served as a mentor for entrepreneurship in organizations such as Dark Horse Club and Venture Capital. He is also a permanent consultant and executive coach for growth companies, focusing on research on leadership, team management, business models, and equity.

Mr Ni graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
