They are product gods, pursuing the perfect fusion of ultimate user experience and business value; they are good at Think Different, breaking through the boundaries of innovation with the ‘First Principle’; they received the enlightenment of entrepreneurship at an early stage, and have made many attempts on the way of entrepreneurship to promote the progress of science and technology, humanities, business and society through their own efforts. The key to business success lies in value creation, and products and services are the core of value creation. pisd programme focuses on the construction of product thinking and business strategy innovation, exploring innovation opportunities from the accurate insight into user needs and market trends, and supplemented with the effective integration of experience, service, brand, technology and business model, to continuously improve the innovation ability of managers and the market competitiveness of enterprises.
The PISD programme helps students to achieve innovative breakthroughs based on ‘Design, User and Experience Thinking’, which goes beyond the scope of products or services to provide students with a systematic analytical and problem-solving thinking framework in the business world. Product Thinking is not only for product managers or product related personnel, it is a creative and comprehensive problem solving mindset. Whether it is design and management in the product field, or interaction between marketing and users in the market field, it requires a holistic understanding of user value, product value and business value.

Postgraduate Diploma in Product Innovation and Service Design
Upon completion of the "Residential Workshop", 10 compulsory modules and the "Final Project", and after passing the evaluation, students will be awarded the "Postgraduate Diploma in Product Innovation and Service Design" by the University of Hong Kong at the postgraduate level.

Meals and travel expenses: | Students are responsible for their own accommodation and transportation during the programme. If the Inauguration Ceremony-cum-Workshop is held offline, accommodation during the period will be arranged by the Institute and the costs will be covered accordingly. |
