Carmen Yu is an internationally certified facilitator in design thinking. She accumulated extensive knowledge and experience from consulting and corporate training projects in many different fields, including financial institutions, high tech, healthcare, telecom and retail.  Carmen helped many Fortune 500 companies on their endeavour to innovate products and services, and to optimize customer experience.

Carmen's career paths span across North America, Hong Kong and Mainland China. She began as a business and strategic analyst for Elizabeth Arden, the cosmetic company in Canada. She then assisted a company's IPO process to HKEX as a senior corporate executive. With a solid financial background, Carmen possesses deep insight into practices in M & A, transformation and change management, as well as overseas market development.

She combines her deep understandings in the business field with the facilitation of design thinking, and is committed to provide high-quality innovation consulting services to corporations in China and Asian region to help them achieve remarkable transformation and breakthrough growth.
