Mr. Yuan spent 16 years in senior management positions with Fortune 500 companies including Siemens, General Electric, ITT, Tyco Electronics and others in Canada, covering China, Asia, and North America. During his time at Tyco, he created a complete system for developing the successors of manufacturing general managers. Received the company's Talent Development Award. Has a complete methodology for the systematic management of top global companies and has a local, tested and diversified experience in the field with an international interface.

Mr. Yuan has pioneered several strategic projects to build innovative business platforms that have generated hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue for the company, while promoting business development and process optimisation in parallel and closely integrating them with talent development, becoming a mentor for internal consensus and a business coach for potential development, which has been widely promoted in different corporate cultures and achieved numerous success stories. In recent years, he has focused on the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry, internationalization and other major trends, focusing on the development of potential senior managers' hard skills in business systematization thinking and soft skills in cross-cultural leadership, as well as providing strategic consulting and talent development training for dozens of foreign and local companies.

He graduated from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario with an MBA in 2002 and from North China University of Electric Power with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering in 1991. He has also completed the Innovation Leadership Program at INSEAD (France) and the Digital Economy Leadership Program at the University of Maryland Business School (USA).
