Whole-Organisation All-Rounded Leadership Enhancement
With the deepening of digital innovation and transformation represented by artificial intelligence in recent years, leadership enhancement and organisational growth have become key factors for sustainable development at the critical moment of enterprise development. Leaders are at the core of leading organisations to reach change success. Traditional short-term oriented, problem-solving oriented, task oriented and other types of leadership are not enough to cope with future development changes. From traditional control to coaching empowerment, especially the leaders to improve themselves in leadership and lead the organisation's growth with coaching management style, this is the path of successful transformation from management thinking to management behaviour that managers must go through.
Leaders need to lead teams, empower individuals and drive transformation. At the same time, leaders also enter into systematic and multi-level leadership development. People at all levels need to have different leadership competencies, so that the whole organisation can form a management echelon.
The core of continuous leadership cultivation is to follow the principle and method of effective communication, stimulating potential and establishing trust, the key of which is the change of leaders' thinking mode, and corporate coaching technology is to promote deep-level communication, which is an important tool to effectively enhance leadership. Coaching technology focuses on the value of human being, starts from the leader's own goal, stimulates personal potential, and emphasises self-cultivation. Corporate coaches and coachees are in a collaborative partnership linked by deep-seated personality, beliefs, values and visions, etc. Through continuous coaching and mutual learning process, they can explore personal qualities, set goals and clarify action steps, so as to efficiently achieve the leapfrog development of leaders and organisations.
This course also improves innovation leadership and change leadership through self-knowledge and self-breakthrough of different types of leaders, and combines with "private board meeting" and other methods to enhance the organisation's successful innovation, change and transformation through coaching management.

Testimonials
“In the age of VUCA, if you had to choose one way to deepen yourself, what would it be? Maybe it won't make you run fast, but it will keep you firmly rooted when the storms come.’ There was a lucky opportunity for me to become a learning explorer of HKU ICB's Corporate Coaching and Leadership Development (CCLD) programme. Whether it is the match with the individual or organisational transformation needs of the current multiplying environment, or the knowledge system with breadth and depth of dual-core and pragmatic practicality, it allows me to break through cognitive limitations and to play a greater role in the value of the organisation. Meanwhile, in this process, teachers and students gave me the power to learn and grow, through the ‘window’ I saw the different world outside, but also through the ‘mirror’ to see my own heart!”
袁燕君 (CCLD SH10) 上海星巴克咖啡经营有限公司 学习发展经理
“If you ask me what a CCLD major is like? I would say:
Like a ‘magnifying glass’, not only to see the blind spot of their own cognition, but also to tap into the possibilities of life development;
Like a ‘key’, it not only opens the shackles of thinking, but also recovers the sincere friendship of classmates when they were young;
Like a ‘lighthouse’, it not only guides the professional and career development path, but also leads the motivation and direction of inner progress;
But I think the most like the ‘blind box’, not only let life is full of fun in the expectation, but also found a mysterious surprise, so that time is no longer boring, but laughter, like back to the youth... ”
