Mr. Ma has nearly 30 years of experience in managing Fortune 500 companies in China and the United States. He has served as Vice President of GE (China), General Manager of GE China Innovation Center, General Manager of GE Healthcare China West Region, and Chief Customer Experience Officer of GE Healthcare China. He has also served as General Manager of the Government and Public Sector Division of IBM Global Technology Services, General Manager of the Government Division of IBM China, General Manager of the China Technical Support Center, and General Manager of IBM Southwest. Through the continuous honing and summing up of these experiences, he has accomplished four things: building a fighting team through consensus, developing a competitive strategy through insight, perfecting an executable process through design, and creating an inspiring experience through innovation. He is currently a leadership development facilitator, a senior consultant in management consulting and service design innovation, a partner of Liberedit Management Consulting Co. Ltd. and the Chair of CEO peer learning group of VISTAGE .

Focusing on customer demand-centric innovation management and management innovation exploration, he listens, observes and analyses customer needs, seeks and discovers innovation points from leaders to executive teams, summarises grounded and executable innovation methodologies, form core insights, and applies service design innovation concepts to industrial internet, smart manufacturing, financial investment, technology R&D, digital twin smart government, education, He provides cutting-edge innovation ideas and actionable guidance for industries to improve innovative products and services, develop innovation strategies for digital transformation, and improve internal management of enterprises.

He is a graduate of Nanjing University (BSc), Catholic University of San Antonio Business School (MBA, DBA in progress), Harvard/IBM EMBA programme, GE Crowton School of Management Global Executive Training Course, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Jinbo class, Global Service Design Coaching Camp.

Clients served by corporate management consulting and service design innovation include: Veolia Water (France), PepsiCo Foods (USA), MetLife (USA), China Aerospace, China Telecom, Wanhua Chemical, Byte Jump, Crypto, TBEA and many other famous companies and SMEs.

He also makes corresponding contributions to society and groups: member of the expert panel of the China Social Investment Alliance, member of the Expert and Methodology Committee of the China Service Design Talent Qualification System, mentor of creative innovation and entrepreneurship at Tsinghua University, mentor of entrepreneurship at Sichuan University Business School, senior consultant and professional certified coach of LMI Leadership Development, certified facilitator of Global Service Design, Junior Achievement (JA) Innovation and Entrepreneurship Student Company Program A ten-year supporter of the volunteer.
