Ms Suprince Ma
Principal Lecturer & Academic Advisor (SHRM), Former senior executive of Global 500 MNCs with HR & OD management experience at China, Asia Pacific & Global Levels, Originator of CHANGES Model
Ms. Suprince Ma has profound HR Management, Organisation Development (OD) and Change Management experience. She has held important leadership roles in Global 500 multinational corporations like Colgate, Shell and General Motors, at China, Asia Pacific and Global level; She was board director for various joint venture companies, and was on expatriate assignment working in London UK and other overseas region for years; In recent years, she has been helping and enabling Chinese private companies, state-owned corporations and joint ventures to improve organisation capabilities and facilitate organisation changes. Ms. Ma is familiar with cultural differences between East and West, with proven track records in integrating global best practice with China innovation.
Ms. Ma has nearly 30 years of extensive management experience covering: Strategic HR Management for entire business value chains in Greater China, Organisation Development and Change Management in Asia Pacific, Global HR Planning, Global Talent Diversity & Development, Joint Ventures and Merge Integration, Innovation Team Coaching, Leadership Development, etc.
Ms. Ma holds a Master Degree of Organisation Development and Change from The Pennsylvania State University, US and a Bachelor Degree of Business Administration from Sun Yat-sen University, China. She published the book < Organization Development in Practice: CHANGES Model> in 2023. In recent years, she has led various research on organization development practice in business corporations, including: "How Companies Perform Agile Transformations under Constant Changes", "How HR Facilitates Enterprise Strategic Innovation, Transformation and Strategy Implementation", "Diagnosis of Organization Innovation Readiness", etc.
Ms. Ma is a Certified Action Learning Coach by the World Institute for Action Learning (WIAL), she has coached many action learning teams for business and organisation innovations.
