Mr Alan Ji is an accomplished human resource professional with international background and rich experience in human resource management in both China and the United States. He has worked at the U.S. headquarters of one Fortune 500 company, where he was responsible for global projects regarding talent management and organizational development, etc. After relocating back to China, Alan has served as the head of organizational development, the HR General Manager, the dean of enterprise university in different industry-leading firms. Currently, he is the Senior HR Director for Asia Pacific in one US Fortune 500 company. 

Mr Ji Liang has extensive professional experience covering all major modules of human resource management, with years of specialization in areas such as HR strategic planning, organizational development, talent management, and corporate culture building. Due to his rich management experience and advanced systematic talent management competencies, Mr. Ji has been invited to serve as an expert at the Chinese Enterprise Talent Development Think Tank, a featured talent and organizational management expert at LinkedIn China's Globalization Talent Insight Research Center, and a contributing columnist for "Training" magazine. He has also been recognized as one of the Top 50 Corporate University Presidents (CU) in China.

Mr Ji holds a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from Renmin University of China, a master’s degree in human resources and labour Relations from Michigan State University, and an MBA degree from Kelley School of Business in Indiana University. He also holds Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, Professional Character, and Competency Assessment (PAA) certification, and MGSCC Certified Executive Coach.
