In his nearly 30 years of career, Mr Liu has served as a senior scientist at Philips Research Asia, a corporate venture leader with Philips, a consulting system architect at Cisco Systems, a strategic business development director, and a CEO of a high-tech company. Mr Liu has accumulated a wealth of experiences and can see things from different points of view. At the same time, he upholds the spirit of pragmatism and innovation, and is good at systematic thinking and top-level design, and has rich integration experience in the areas of business growth strategy and new business development, and innovation/entrepreneurship.

In recent years, Mr Liu has been serving as advisors or directors of a few companies across different industries, assisting entrepreneurs to make major decisions, helping entrepreneurs to understand the personal limitations; identifying blind spots, self-awareness, and self-breakthroughs. At the same time, he helps companies to clarify their strategies, build their leadership teams, and discover the best strategic initiatives. He has been invited by many famous business schools in China to give lectures on Strategic Integration Management, Strategic Leadership and Organizational Design, Innovation Strategy and R&D Management, CEO Succession Plan, and Organizational Development and Change.
