Mr Eric has more than 20 years of experience in organizational development, leadership training and corporate universities, and has served as the head of organizational development of Tencent Shanghai and the dean of BOSIDENG Group Leadership Academy.   Eric is an ICF (International Coach Federation) certified MCC (Master Certified Coach) and coach mentor,  senior leadership and organizational development coach, the author of the book 《The Evolution of the Trainer》.

Eric is quite familiar with many industries such as the Internet, communications, high-tech, retail, real estate, medicine, finance and so on. Eric has been dedicated to support many enterprises by coaching, management psychology and human resources models to improve leadership, promote organizational development and strategic consensus, and stimulate internal drive, so as to enhance corporate performance and sustainable competitiveness. 

Eric holds a master's degree in project management from Fudan University, continuing educated at MIT Presencing Institute and Tsinghua University for Theory U, and certified leadership trainer of DDI.
