Dr. Wu is a highly accomplished professional who brings a wealth of expertise to his role as the Head of Talent and Leadership Development at Siemens Asia. He is dedicated to addressing the critical issue of people and organization in the digital age and driving to move the people topics forward. Dr. Wu holds a Master of Science in IT from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Cambridge, UK, and a PhD in Economics from Kyoto University, Japan.

With extensive experience working in government, industry, and academia across Taiwan, Japan, the US, Singapore, and China, Dr. Wu has developed a keen understanding of the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level initiatives. He is also passionate about sustainability and serves as a columnist for the Common Wealth Magazine.
