Dr. Frank Li formulated a theoretical framework that integrates major schools of leadership thoughts, which he named the Leadership Grammar. His training is characterized by an emphasis on increased self-awareness through managerial simulations. Frank has assessed, trained, and coached entrepreneurs as well as senior business leaders from diverse cultural backgrounds. His services were well received by world-renowned clients including Wal Mart, Coca Cola, Lafarge, MAN, ICBC China, Vanke, etc.
Since 2008, Frank has worked as an independent trainer and consultant, focusing on leadership training, coaching, and assessment for multinational and local business organizations. Between 1999 and 2008, Frank worked with leading consultancies. He was research director at the Gallup Organization, senior consultant at Personnel Decisions International (PDI), and practice leader of leadership assessment in China at Hay Group. An intraprenueur, Frank founded and managed the leadership assessment business at Talent Shanghai.
Frank received his BSc in psychology from Peking University in 1988 and PhD in psychology from the University of Hong Kong in 1998 .
