Dr. Hao has been engaged in theoretical research, teaching practice and consulting practice of organizational culture, organizational change, organizational ability development and leader consciousness evolution for 20 years, helping large multinational companies, state-owned enterprises and growing private enterprises to implement corporate culture reshaping, cultural change, cultural integration and cross-cultural management, and helping enterprise leaders improve cultural leadership through executive leadership coaching.
