Ms Zhou has 24 years of experience in marketing, human resources and corporate management consulting in China and Australia, specialising in leadership and corporate coaching consulting in the Asia Pacific region, and has provided coaching and leadership consulting to a number of multinational corporations to facilitate the growth of Chinese managers in foreign companies.
Ms Zhou has a deep understanding of management methodology and positive psychology from her multinational work experience and vision. Ms Zhou has held marketing and management positions in multinational telecoms companies as well as prestigious business schools. Since 2007, she has been working in Sydney, Australia as a management and cross-border M&A consultant, where she was able to grasp the industry foresight and see the trends and bottlenecks in the development of the company from the leadership perspective. 2012, Ms Zhou returned to China from Australia to be the Director of the prestigious Research Institute, which has successfully brought the Institute to China and positioned it as a high-end enterprise for executive coaching, and has trained nearly 10,000 coaching executives so far.
Ms Zhou holds a Master of Arts degree from Shanghai International Studies University, an MBA degree from the University of Melbourne, and is currently pursuing a DBA degree from Lyon Business School in France, with a research interest in analysing the effectiveness of corporate coaching in China. Ms Zhou is an ICF certified PCC coach.
