Dr Karen Wu is one of the few CEO coaches in China who has a rich background in corporate executives, with 25 years of experience in corporate senior management, having served as AMD global vice president, president of the Greater China market; Nokia business unit general manager, strategy director, marketing director; both Internet entrepreneurial dual experience, having served as a partner of love help network. He has worked and lived in the United Kingdom and the United States for a long time, integrating the management practice experience of both Eastern and Western cultures.

As the leader of Chinese enterprise coaching, Dr Wu is the strategic partner of international top coaching projects such as ‘CITO Organizational Coaching’, ‘Executive Coaching’, ‘Systematic Team Coaching’, ‘Awakening Leadership Coaching’, etc. The Qunzhi Enterprise Coaching Centre founded by her has created the first industry-academia-research trinity of enterprise coaching ecosystem in China.

Dr Wu holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering and a Master's Degree in Information Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and a PhD in Economics from Peking University (under the tutelage of Mr. Wu Jinglian, a leading economics expert).Former Vice President of ICF ( International Coach Federation) Beijing Chapter, ICF Professional Level Certified Coach (PCC); Selected as one of the ‘MG#100 Executive Coaches in 2018 In 2018, he was selected as one of the ‘MG#100 Executive Coaches’; in 2019, he was awarded as one of the ‘Global 50 Coaching Leaders’ by Thinkers50; and in 2020, he was selected as the only Chinese mentor of GTCI (Global Team Coaching Institute).
