Mr Shih-wei Fang
Adjunct Professor; Chairman of PolarChat Consulting Limited; Former CEO of PONY Greater China; Former Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Director of the Executive Committee, Li Ning Group
Mr. Fang has over 20 years of experience in advertising strategy, marketing and brand management, assisting international and Mainland China companies in brand positioning, development and planning management. His clients include Jingdong, Tencent, Midea, TCL, HP Computer 2C2B business, Vipshop, Starbucks, Anta, Hengxin IDo, Myriad Medical, Bayer Pharmaceutical, China Merchants Bank, Securities Times, China Resources Property, Disneyland, Rays Lighting, Netease Cloud, Cheetah, Zhihu, Netease, Sogou, Lexus, Audi, Fiat, Agricultural Bank of China, COFCO, American Express, etc.
Prior to that, Mr. Fang was the CEO of PONY Greater China, where he was responsible for restructuring the company's organization in Greater China, aligning channel and business strategies, building product design and brand marketing integration processes, establishing Greater China design teams and regional product processes.
Prior to joining PONY, Mr. Fang served as Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Director of the Executive Committee of Li Ning Group, during which he established the brand strategy system, carried out brand planning and annual business target planning and achievement for various sports categories, rebranded Li Ning in 2010 and was responsible for Olympic marketing in 2008. Mr. Fang also worked as a business director at Ogilvy & Mather Advertising in Beijing.
Mr. Fang holds a Master's degree in Journalism and a Master's degree in Telecommunications Communications from Ohio University and a Master's degree in Animal Science from National Taiwan University.
