As the Head of Operational Excellence China, he is responsible for the promotion and application of Operational Excellence improvement in R&D, Supply Chain and Service System operational processes and digitalization of Siemens China Ltd. As a senior partner of the company, he provides clients with process re-engineering and optimization covering digital transformation, enterprise digitalization top-level planning, industrial park management, and logistics and supply management. At the same time, we provide overall planning and consulting services for digital factories from logistics automation, production automation, manufacturing informationization and digitalization, and currently provide consulting services for hundreds of domestic and foreign leading enterprises, including machinery, electronics, energy, medical, biopharmaceutical, chemical and other industries.
