Mr. Chiu has been involved in asset allocation, mutual funds and hedge funds for over 10 years and has accumulated in-depth practical experience in portfolio performance management, new financial instruments, funds and financial planning. He has worked for Franklin Securities Investment Corporation (Head of Institutional Legal, Head of Measurement Investment, China Desk Advisor), Manager of Unity Securities QFII Hong Kong and Investment Researcher of Harvest Group.

Mr. Chiu also represented Franklin USA at the 2002 and 2003 Boao Forum and the 2009 Global Think Tank Summit in Beijing, China. He also teaches in the finance and management departments of several universities and lectures for international life institutions (ING, NEW YORK LIFE) and banks (e.g. Citi, ABN, etc.), and has extensive industry experience. In 2013, Mr. Chiu was awarded the "Outstanding Investment Adviser Talent" in the Golden Yi Award for Securities and Futures among the best and brightest in the financial industry in Taiwan, and in 2014, Mr. Chiu was invited by the China Securities Association to be a speaker at the "2014 Seminar on Innovation and Development of Securities Operators".

Mr. Chiu holds a Master's degree in Financial Management and Information Management from New York University and an EMBA from the National University of Singapore.
