Mr Tang has over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, business management, and research in the field of human resource management. Research directions: Human Resources Technology, Artificial Intelligence Ethics, Employer Brand, Values and Corporate Culture, Compensation and Welfare, Social Psychology.

He has successively founded the largest human resources media company in China, HRoot, and the monthly magazine "Human Capital Management" with the largest circulation in China (domestic publication number: CN31-2102/F), as well as the world's largest human resources service exhibition. He has authored 10 best-selling books in computer and human resource management, as well as 2 art collections and 1 translation. He has also led research and published dozens of large-scale research reports and rankings, such as "Global Human Resource Technology Trends", "Global Talent Selection Trends", "Global Employer Brand Trends", etc.

He holds a Doctor in Management from the University of Montpellier, a Master's degree in Innovation Management from The Australian National University, and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. In addition, he has pursued the "Professional Services Company Development Strategy" program with Harvard Business School.
