Mr Wan is currently the Senior Vice President of Siemens China and Head of Strategy & Business Development. He has over 20 years of strategy consulting and management experience in Asia, North America and Europe. He has served as Managing Partner of Siemens Avanta Consulting China, Director of Siemens Learning Campus (APAC Region) and Global Head of Siemens Future Competence, and Global Head of Siemens Healthineers Sales Transformation Programme.

Mr Wan graduated from Cambridge University with an MBA and is a German Chancellor Fellow of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation and a participating scholar of the Lindau Nobel Laureate Meetings. He was awarded the World Childhood Foundation's Award of Honour by the Queen of Sweden herself in 2014 for his contribution to child rights advocacy.
