Professor Leu's main areas of expertise are Digital Enterprise and Global Supply Chain Management. Prior to returning to Greater China, he worked for Infineon Technologies AG, a division of Siemens AG in Germany, and during that time, he was also employed by the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Research in Germany, where he was involved in large-scale projects for a number of world-renowned companies, such as AMD, ZEISS, and others.

In the Greater China region, Professor Leu has coached nearly 60 companies to complete their management model reengineering and enterprise digitalisation projects. He was commissioned by the government to plan the development model of the Taoyuan Aviation Free Trade Zone,and has also applied innovative management models combined with the digital software SAP to the management of a large-scale hospital, which has yielded considerable results. His rich practical application results have been published in many well-known international professional academic journals.

Professor Leu holds a PhD in Economics and Management from the Technische Universität Berlin, Germany, and is currently an Honorary Fellow at the University of Applied Sciences in Munich, Germany, where he regularly teaches courses on "Digital Enterprises" and "Global Supply Chain Management" and focuses on "Industry 4.0" and "Manufacturing Strategies and Digitalisation for Greater China". In addition, he has been conducting long-term collaborative research and business practices between Taiwan and Germany on the topics of "Industry 4.0" and "Manufacturing Strategy and Digitalisation in Greater China".
