Building a Dual Circulation Market (Domestic and International): Integrating AI and Leadership Intelligence to Enhance Comprehensive Risk Management, Unlock Blue Ocean Growth Opportunities, and Drive Globalization Strategies

As global economic integration accelerates, businesses face increasingly complex and diverse risks during development and expansion. These range from technological disruptions and geopolitical shocks to ever-evolving consumer demands. In such an environment, effective risk management becomes particularly critical for companies expanding into international and domestic markets. Leading enterprises are now actively leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI), organizational intelligence, and leadership intelligence to identify risks, formulate flexible and adaptive strategies, and allocate resources with greater precision, thereby ensuring sustained competitive advantages—especially in cross-cultural and cross-regional operations.

The "Going Global" strategy is a crucial pathway for driving corporate internationalization. This program examines the challenges and opportunities faced by executives in the process of "going global" and expanding into both domestic and international markets from three dimensions: growth drivers, strategic management, and corporate culture. The course features case studies of companies operating in various international market environments and at different stages of development, particularly those that have successfully integrated AI-driven risk management systems with leadership intelligence platforms. It empowers participants to broaden their global business horizons, gain deep insights into world-class corporate management practices, and acquire the knowledge and capabilities needed for global and regional expansion.

Programme Objectives

By studying this programme, students will be able to:

  • Formulate International Expansion Strategies: Critically analyze internal and external business environments (including the impact of digitalization, AI, and leadership intelligence) to develop expansion strategies tailored to different international markets.
  • Optimize Global Operations and Risk Management: Combine operational experience with international best practices to design appropriate measures across key business areas, enhancing returns from both local and cross-border operations.
  • Apply AI-Driven Risk Assessment Tools: Strengthen risk management capabilities for international business expansion by employing AI-powered risk evaluation tools to support sustainable global development planning.
  • Build a Global Corporate Governance Framework: Design a comprehensive corporate governance system that integrates corporate social responsibility, business ethics, and intelligent leadership frameworks.
  • Enhance Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize advanced tools (such as AI analytics and organizational intelligence platforms) to collect and analyze data, synthesize critical information, and support the implementation of international expansion and management strategies.
  • Establish Cross-Cultural Collaborative Networks: Apply cutting-edge knowledge in business, AI, and leadership development to forge robust relationships with international business partners and stakeholders across diverse industries and regions.
