Dr Clement Wang
Adjunct Professor, CEO, Management Adviser, Executive & Corporate Coach
Dr Wang is Greater China Managing Director of Management Drives Holdings from the Netherlands after retiring from the Asia Managing Director role in a global leading advanced manufacturing automation engineering tech company from the United States. Dr Wang graduated from HKU in 1987 with majors in economics and management. He further studied in Cheung Kong Graduate Business School (CKGBS) and HK Bethel Bible Seminary (originally joint program with Bakke Graduate University) Ray Bakke (Urban Transformation) Centre where he got his doctorate in transformational leadership.
Clement is a business leader with blended experiences & exposures from various fields and cultures for 35 years. The leadership experiences span international commercial & commodity banking in HK, int’l bulk commodity trading & financing, sales & marketing, engineering & production management, and corporate financing & private equity investment in in Asia/Singapore, Hong Kong and China mainland.
In between, he has been management consultant/coaches for 7 years and adjunct faculty & executive mentor in universities /business schools, HKU, TWU & CEIBS for 15 years in China mainland /Hong Kong. He also served in UC Berkeley’s China Leadership Program board for 3 years. He now serves as committee vice-chairman at Hong Kong Digital Currency Academy (HKDCA). Dr Wang networks and blends multi-discipline and cross-cultural experiences into management and management consulting/coaching practices, carrying a warm mentoring heart for the younger generation. Dr Wang is nominated to become Chartered Companion (senior fellow, CCMI) of the United Kingdom’s Chartered (Royal) Management Institute (CMI, since 1947) for his contribution in multi-national company executive practices and in management education in Asia.
