Mr. Huihui Li
Adjunct Associate Professor at HKU ICB; Non-Executive Board Director of Fortune 500 and Public Listed Firms, Expert Partner of Private Equity Venture Capital Firms; MBA Cambridge University and Double Bachelor Peking University
Mr. Li now serves in a number of China Top 500 companies and public listed firms as non-executive board directors and board advisors, he also acts as expert partners in several PE/VC firms, successfully led the companies to list in China and overseas markets. He also guides the firms in IPO plannings, investment/financing decisions, M&A, Enterprise value enhancement, corporate governance, strategy planning etc.
Mr. Li once served in Citibank, OCBC Bank, China HengFeng Bank as Senior Vice President of Asia Pacific Headquarter, Head of Consumer/Private Banking of China, Consumer Banking CEO, and President of Global Business Management, Board, Mr. Li was also once seconded into China GuangFa Bank and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank as Senior Consultant of Strategic Restructure by Citibank. Mr. Li was once elected as Council Member of Shandong Monetary Society.
Mr. Li once led applying for financial licenses and setting up Global Investment Banking Corporation (HK), Consumer Finance Corporation, Wealth Management Subsidiary, Digital Bank etc.. Mr. Li also drove and led early or middle stage investments in Coinbase, Medallia, Pinterest, Lyft, Circle, UBTech, Huada Semiconductor, Face++, POIZON APP, MGI Tech, Giant Biogene, Horizon Robotics, OpenAi(ChatGPT) etc.. Mr Li was also engaged in mega-scale global M&A projects as core member, including Citibank acquiring China GuangFa bank and Taiwan Bank of Overseas Chinese, OCBC Bank acquiring Hongkong WingHang Bank, A-share listed pharmacy firm acquiring European orphan drug company, Hubei SOE acquiring Australia listed environmental protection firm, SOE acquiring Germany Railway Corporation, China Retail firm acquiring U.S.A. listed retail corporate, Iron-steel firm acquiring former global 500 enterprises, Medical equipment firm acquired by SOE investment platforms etc.
Mr. Li obtained Master of Business Administration degree from University of Cambridge, U.K., Master of Business degree from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and Double Bachelor degrees in Mechanical engineering and Economics from Peking University, China.
