Dr Wu is a senior expert in innovation management, innovation leadership, and digital transformation in China, with a long-term focus on research into cognitive elevation of leaders and organizational transformation in the AI era. He has served Fortune 500 companies such as IBM, Siemens, L'Oréal, Johnson & Johnson, Alibaba, and Tencent, providing training and consulting services in innovation management, executive leadership development, and digital transformation value enhancement. Dr Wu has initiated and established multiple data research centers both domestically and internationally, focusing on research areas such as "people and data," "enterprise data application," and "data asset value enhancement." He has published numerous academic journal articles and conference papers both domestically and internationally, and authored works including The Comprehensive Guide to Data Transaction Lifecycle, Pendulum Innovation, Dual AI Strategy for Digital Transformation, Strategic Thinking, and Business Transformation in the Internet Age. Among these, Strategic Thinking and Pendulum Innovation deeply explore the pathways for leadership leapfrog in an era of transformation.

As a member of the International Digital Asset Standards Management Committee and the Expert Group of the China Data Asset International Standardization Working Group, Dr Wu has initiated and drafted standards such as the Chinese Digital Governance Team Standard and the Chinese Digital Asset Management and Personnel Governance Standard. In 2022, jointly with the Greater Bay Area Digital Economy Quality Management Promotion Association, he formulated the professional, systematic, and comprehensive Chief Digital Officer talent standards for enterprises.

Dr Wu’s practical and integrated capabilities across industry, academia, and research greatly ensure the practicality and applicability of his training content. In his training work, Dr Wu excels at integrating management consulting techniques and deep industry insights into enterprise topics. He adopts a training and coaching approach in his courses, which is problem-oriented, and follows steps including analysis and diagnosis, customized course design, training implementation, interactive experiences, project coaching, and delivery of consulting outcomes. This comprehensive approach enhances the professional competence of participants and their problem-solving abilities while also generating tangible results for companies. Additionally, Dr Wu is dedicated to helping companies establish the ability to grow and monetize their data assets, identify core competitive advantages, and explore new directions for business growth. He empowers leaders to navigate uncertainty and achieve closed-loop management from strategic planning to execution using practical tools such as the GROW model and the change formula.
