Ms. Xie Yafei has more than ten years of experience in the financial markets in Mainland China and Hong Kong. She has worked for China Construction Bank and Citibank and served as the responsible person in the Merger and Acquisition Department of a large state-owned group.

She is familiar with the Hong Kong Listing Ordinance and the Securities and Futures Ordinance and is a Responsible Officer (RO) in charge of licenses 1, 4, and 9 regulated by the SFC. Currently, she is the Chief Investment Officer of a single-family office, responsible for managing family assets. Her investment areas include securities funds, structured products, private equity, hedge funds, and others. She is fully responsible for managing family trusts and charities.
