Ms. Xie has over 10 years of experience in the financial markets of the Mainland and Hong Kong. She was a core executive in the capital M&A department of the strategic investment centre of a large state-owned group and was responsible for completing a number of cross-border M&A transactions with a total transaction value of over HK$500 million, and was also the secretary of the board of directors of a subsidiary of the group in Hong Kong responsible for the listing of the company.

Ms. Xie is familiar with the Listing Ordinance and the Securities and Futures Ordinance of Hong Kong and is a suitable candidate for the position of licensed person in charge of Type 6 institutional finance and Type 9 asset management business regulated by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission. Afterwards, she joined a well-known Hong Kong property group as the CIO of its family office and was responsible for the management of family assets. She is responsible for the preparation and structuring of family offshore trusts and has over 100 investment portfolios and hundreds of millions of dollars of capital under management.
