Mr. Lam has over 25 years of extensive experience in the real estate industry in Asia Pacific region, covering market research, corporate advisory, valuation, real estate finance and investment.

Mr. Lam is the General Manager of Asset and Portfolio Management Department in New World Development Company Limited. He leads a team to undertake acquisition, disposal, marketing and leasing of different asset classes.

Mr. Lam is a Fellow of HKIS, RICS and HKSI. After qualifying as a chartered surveyor, Mr. Lam worked for international property consultancy firms where he was responsible for valuation and consultancy services in China and Asia Pacific region, and for an investment bank where he was involved in property finance and securitisation business for China market.

Mr. Lam holds a Bachelor of Urban Land Valuation from Sheffield Hallam University and a Master of Information Management from the University of Sheffield, the UK.
