Mr. Lam is a seasoned consultant, executive coach, and accomplished entrepreneur specializing in the Fintech and Web3 blockchain domains. With extensive experience in multinational corporations and startups, he brings a wealth of insights to his roles. Currently serving as the co-founder and chief strategy officer of a world-leading blockchain technology company, Mr. Lam is deeply dedicated to assisting organizations and individuals in envisioning the future landscape and successfully launching projects amidst uncertainty.

With close to three decades of professional experience, Mr. Lam has held executive positions in several Fortune 500 companies, demonstrating expertise in diverse areas such as business development, product marketing, content services, and e-commerce. Notable roles include Vice President of HTC China, General Manager of Motorola Key Accounts, and Senior Director of Global Product Line Management. His tenure in Singapore, China, and Hong Kong has afforded him a profound global perspective, nurtured through working in different cultural environments.

Additionally, Mr. Lam actively contributes to the development of future business leaders. He currently holds an officer position at the Harvard Business School Association of Hong Kong and serves as the Honorary President of The Chinese University of Hong Kong Shaw College Alumni Association. Throughout his career in the technology industry, Mr. Lam has cultivated a vast network of connections spanning the political, financial, and business sectors.

Mr. Lam's academic accomplishments include obtaining academic qualifications from Harvard Business School's Executive Programme, Macquarie University's Master of Marketing Management Programme in Australia, and the Chinese University of Hong Kong's Bachelor of Electrical Engineering Programme with Honours.
