Mr Philip Leung is a global partner of Bain & Company and has more than 20 years of experience in management consulting projects.

As the head of Bain Asia Pacific M&A and corporate finance, Mr Leung has extensive experience in strategy, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder value enhancement, and Sino-foreign joint ventures. He has led Chinese companies in different industries in overseas M&A projects, including medical and financial services, insurance, fast-moving consumer goods, industrial products and other industries.

As one of the industry's leading experts, Mr Leung's articles are often published in "Harvard Business Review", "Forbes", "First Financial Daily", "The Asian Banker" and other well-known global and Chinese financial and management media.

Mr Leung is currently based in Shanghai. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
