Mr James Li, agile project management expert, organization development consultant, enterprise level agile coach, advocate of "agile ecosystem", authorized agile project management trainer by China International Talent Exchange Foundation, invited expert of China Agile Coaching Enterprise Alliance, initiator of Scaled Agile China Community, leading figure in domestic agile development field, introduced He has introduced two international large-scale agile frameworks (SAFe and Nexus) to Chinese enterprises.

Mr Li has worked as a technical director, senior project manager and R&D director in Fortune 500 companies such as Lucent Technologies Bell Labs and Nokia, etc. In 2005, he was introduced to agile methods and focused on its practice. In 2009, he took charge of customer solutions in Asia Pacific and built a highly effective offshore outsourcing delivery centre team by integrating agile methods with outsourcing management.

Since 2011, Mr Li has focused on consulting and training in enterprise level agile practices, organizational transformation, product development innovation and project management, and agile coaching talent development, and has been a lead consultant for companies such as IJI, ThoughtWorks, and Halo International. Currently, Mr Li is coaching a number of large enterprises in scaling up their agile transformation and is committed to the promotion and development of enterprise-level agile in China.

Education: Undergraduate degree from Tongji University, postgraduate degree from Beijing Jiaotong University, and was awarded a patent for scientific and technological achievements by the Ministry of Education (registration number: 360-05-20090018-14).
