Georgia is a senior innovation strategist, who was previously Marketing Director at IDEO China and Head of Innovation at McDonald’s China.

She built the first innovation team at McDonald’s China, where she led highly prioritized projects from research, design, testing to scale-up with an intrapreneurial and lean style.

Georgia has also been providing advisory services for many consumer and retail companies on the topic of consumer insights and innovation strategy. She helped the management team of Tim Hortons to implement consumer research and innovation exploration when the brand newly entered the China market, her work including the first store to successfully achieve the ROI target. She was the chief strategy advisor for Nikon’s first DTC flagship store globally. The store has performed with great excellence in both sales and customer experience since launch at the end of Year 2021.

Georgia studied English language and literature at Xiamen University, media and communication at University of Liverpool, and strategy and innovation at Oxford University Saïd Business School. She has BA and MA degrees.
