Ms Wo graduated from Peking University with a Master of Business Administration and was awarded the Advanced Corporate Trainer by The Chinese Adult Education Association of Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China.

She has more than 15 years of experience in training and serving multinational companies, specialising in training and programme management. She has accumulated extensive management experience in various tertiary institutions, such as the University of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the Hong Kong Baptist University, where she held executive positions. She also has extensive experience in event management and public relations, and is familiar with event planning and execution.

She has travelled to China and overseas to work and live in different cultures. Having participated in professional mediator training, she understands the importance of effective dispute resolution.
