Ms. Bi has an Honorary Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, and a Master's degree in Public Health from Yale University in US. She has worked on healthcare and public health related programmes at the World Health Organization, the World Bank and International non-profit organizations. She also has experience in oncology drug research at Janssen Pharmaceuticals, and business development in overseas biotech industry at Hong Kong Science and Technology Park. She currently holds an Independent Director position at a medical device company in China.
