Mr Wei Wei is a well-known strategy and organization transformation expert in China. In the past 20 years, he has helped more than 200 leading companies around the world to design their business strategies and organizational control models, and has served more than 10 years of famous companies including Huawei, Haier, SF, LianJia and Beike, etc. In the field of organizational development, he was the general manager and chief consultant of Haier's Thousand Days Transformation Project, the expert consultant of Huawei's overseas business strategy design and leadership project, and later a special consultant to the chairman of Samsung SDS, Muyuan Meat Food, and Relx, helping companies to build innovative business models, strengthen management foundation, and achieve efficient operations in the digital era.
Previous to joining McKinsey, Mr Wei served as Vice President of SAP Greater China and General Manager of SuccessFactors Greater China, the world's largest HR solutions company, where he helped leading Chinese companies rapidly design, apply and implement organizational and HR digital transformation. Prior to that, Wei Wei spent more than 10 years in senior management positions at IBM, Capgemini and Mercer.
Mr Wei received his Master's degree in Human Resources from the School of Labor and Human Resources at Renmin University of China, is a certified expert of the Project Management Institute of the United States, a special management consultant of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), a columnist of Harvard Business Review and CBNweekly, and the author of the best-selling book "Digital Magic Cube". He also teaches organizational transformation and digital transformation courses for EMBA programs of National School of Development at Peking University, Renmin Business School, and School of Economics at Fudan University.
