Mr Tim Dong is an expert in business management and leadership consulting. Tim has extensive experience supporting many Fortune 500 companies in the areas of leadership development, performance improvement and organizational culture change, helping these companies achieve effective management and sustainable growth in a complex and dynamic business environment.

In academia, Tim is equally active. He is a visiting professional mentor and leadership lecturer for the MBA program at the National Development Institute of Peking University and the School of Management at Tsinghua University, dedicated to nurturing the next generation of business leaders. With a solid theoretical foundation and practical experience, Tim excels at integrating the principles of analytical psychology, social psychology, and positive psychology into his teaching and consulting practices to help his students and clients better understand themselves, make effective decisions, motivate teams, and achieve outstanding results.
