Dr. Chung, with over 30 years’ experience in corporate and consultancy, was the Principal Consultant of a global consulting firm, Forum, where he was awarded the 2001 Chairman’s Award.  Before that, he was the Manager-Learning Solutions of the Motorola University, was awarded the 1999 Creativity Award and the 2000 President Award.  At the same time, he taught post-graduate Human Resource Management program in Hong Kong and Mainland China for the HKU over years and was presented with the Outstanding Teacher Awards.

Dr. Chung is specialized in organizational development (OD) and change, systems thinking, leadership development, project management, strategic planning, and process facilitation.  He founded Integral Training & Consulting Ltd. in 2004, where he partners with corporates of diverse culture backgrounds on organizational development (OD) and talent development. 

Dr. Chung holds Chartered Professional in Human Resources - Canada (CPHR), ICF-Certified Professional Certified Coach (PCC), ICMCI-Certified Management Consultant and Global Academic Fellow (CMC-AF), IAF-Certified Professional Facilitator at Master Level & Assessor (CPF|M), PMI-Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).  He holds MA in Human & Organizational Systems, MSc in Management, Certificate in Evidence-based Coaching for Organizational Leadership, Postgraduate Diploma in Management Consulting and Change (Distinction), Postgraduate Diploma in Training Management (Distinction) and PhD in Organizational Development & Change (Fielding Graduate University, US).
