Mr Steven Jiang has over 15 years of experience serving global and Chinese Fortune 500 companies, providing innovative advice on strategy and execution. His work experience includes guiding innovation at the National Industrial Design Center, the China Industrial Design Institute, Bosch (now PwC Strategy&), and other companies.
Mr Jiang's experience in innovation covers various aspects, including strategic planning, product design, digital marketing, and user operations. He has helped clients such as Cadillac, Mercedes-Benz, NIO, iRobot, Tongrentang Health, Starbucks, and McDonald's to plan and implement strategies in the areas of marketing, products, and digitalization.
Mr Jiang holds an MBA degree from MIT Sloan School of Management and a bachelor's and master's degree in computer science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Peking University, respectively.
