Mr Jiang has nearly 20 years of combined consulting experience in strategic planning, digitalisation, operational systems and product innovation, with a holistic view and hands-on experience. His work experience includes being a partner of PwC Strategy& (Strategy Consulting) and a partner of the S.POINT (National Industrial Design Centre). During his period at PwC Strategy&, he was the leader of Digital Growth Services practice, helping clients in the automotive, consumer goods, retail and other industries to grow and transform their businesses empowered by digitalization.
Mr Jiang's experience covers various aspects of digital transformation planning, strategic planning and business model design, organisational change and transformation design, product and service experience design, business efficiency improvement and operation process design, digital enterprise architecture design, and data asset planning and operation. He has helped clients such as NIO, General Motors, Dongfeng Auto Group, Mercedes-Benz, Proya, Fotile, Shanshan Outlet, TongRenTang Health, etc. to complete their planning and implementation in the areas of strategy, marketing, retailing, products and digitalisation.
Mr Jiang graduated from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in the United States with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. He also holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Shanghai Jiaotong University and Peking University.
