With more than 20 years of experience in human resources management in Asia Pacific and Europe, Mr. Liu currently serves as the Global Employee Communications and Relations Director at TSMC. He previously held positions such as Vice President of Human Resources for Clarios Asia Pacific, Chief Administrative Officer for Swellfun and Vice President of Human Resources for Goodyear Asia Pacific. He also worked for several Fortune 500 companies, including Procter & Gamble, Sanofi Aventis, and Honeywell in the past.

Mr. Liu's expertise includes strategic human resources planning, large-scale organizational and cultural change, industrial relations, talent management, leadership development and succession planning. He has been leading HR strategy for Asia Pacific headquarters since 2015 and has a unique understanding and hands-on experience in intercultural industrial relations, organization and talent development coming from his previous studying and working experience in Europe.

Mr. Liu holds professional Membership (MCIPD) of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD). He also holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology from National Taiwan University and a master's degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Warwick in the UK.
