Mr. Ma Haigang currently serves as the General Manager of the Human Resources Platform Department at Tencent Group. He is also the Vice President of the Guangdong Human Resources Research Association, Vice President of the Guangdong Talent Development and Management Research Association, Chairman of the Shenzhen Human Resources Manager Committee, and Vice President of the Intelligent Branch of the China Human Resources Development Research Association.

He has been employed by Tencent since 2008. Prior to joining Tencent, he worked at Huawei, where he held positions such as Management Representative and Assistant to the Minister of Cadres in the Middle East and North Africa region. He later joined Tonzon Electronics Co., Ltd. as the General Manager of Human Resources. He is an architect of HR technical solutions and an expert in HR business in the field of technology.

Mr. Ma has published works such as "HR+Digitalization," "HR+Three Pillars," "Talent Service Studies," and "Human Resources Management Studies." He has also published multiple papers, including "The New Ecology of Tencent HR in the i Era" and "The Evolution from Information-based HR Management to Big Data HR Management."
