Mr Haigang Ma began to work as the HR Director of the R&D Department and the General Manager of the Human Resources Platform for Tencent in 2008. Before joining Tencent, he had worked as a Management Representative and the Assistant Minister of the Personnel Division for the Middle East and North Africa region at Huawei. As a designer of technical solutions in the HR field and an HR expert in technical fields, he has published several books, such as “HR+Digital Transformation” and “HR+3 Pillars”.
