With nearly 20 years of experience in the financial industry in both the United States and Hong Kong, Mr. Fang Kai embarked on his career at Citadel LLC, one of the world's largest hedge fund firms. He subsequently worked at various international financial institutions with diverse backgrounds, including Merrill Lynch, China Renaissance Capital, CITIC CLSA, and CCB International. This diverse background has equipped him with extensive professional knowledge and experience in both the Hong Kong and US financial markets. He has rich experience in overseas IPO of Chinese enterprises, early-stage equity financing for enterprises, equity financing in M&A transactions, additional issuance/allotment of stocks in the secondary equity market, issuance of convertible bonds, and financing of equity-related structured products. Additionally, he possesses industrial experience, having served as Chief Strategy Officer of a publicly listed company in the US.
