Dr. Tsang is an expert in applied comparative law and has been involved in corporate advisory, professional practice and management services-related industries for over 30 years, with extensive experience in economic and legal practice. In recent years, one of his main areas of work has been advising government agencies and related companies on cross-disciplinary and cross-jurisdictional liability issues, particularly concerning medical-patient relations and medical liability insurance, which are typically complex cross-disciplinary issues.

His research and teaching on the application of comparative jurisprudence, with a particular focus on empirical operational research across different legal systems and jurisdictions, is a practical contribution to the industry at a time when there is frequent interaction between different jurisdictions around the world.

Dr. Tsang also has many years of teaching experience in tertiary institutions and professional bodies and is currently an adjunct professor at several universities in the Mainland and overseas, as well as a committee member of the Guangdong Foreign Investment Law Society.
