Mr. He has served as the Head of China Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) and Managing Director at UBS Securities, the Head of TMT and Managing Director at CLSA, and the Head of TMT and Healthcare Industry at CMS Securities over the past decade. He has nearly 20 years of rich experience in investment banking, particularly in the TMT sector. His profound insights into overseas capital markets and the industry primarily stem from the valuable experience he has accumulated in serving numerous leading TMT companies.

Mr. He has initiated, led or executed over ten billion US dollars TMT related transactions, including international IPOs, bond issuances, mergers and acquisitions, pre-IPO financings, and financial advisory services. Mr. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Toronto, a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Waterloo, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago.
