After obtaining master’s degree in strategic marketing in the UK, Ms Ma joined OgilvyOne Relationship Marketing Taiwan in 2002, and transferred to OgilvyOne Beijing in 2006. She was promoted to Vice President, Head of Consulting Service, OgilvyOne China in 2013, responsible for the strategic planning of digital transformation, data-driven marketing innovation with big data applications and DMP platform enablement, customer experience design and customer relationship management strategies for the international and local brands.

Ms Ma has more than 20 years of experience in business management and marketing consultancy in digital marketing, growth of customer value, big data marketing and customer experience innovation. 

She is the expert in generating customer insight from different forms of data and transform to the growth strategy of customer value in dynamic and complex marketing environments. By introducing the model of design thinking to create the peak experience of customer engagement, the brand owner could create the sustainable solutions for customer relationship development. 

Ms Ma utilizes the skill of executive coaching with philosophy of Quantum Leadership to inspire the business leaders to challenge their limitation to uplift the  corporate culture, organizational optimization, marketing innovation, etc.
