Mr. Kam has over 25 years of practical experience specialising in real estate finance, green finance, real estate securitisation (including listing in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Singapore), real estate investment project management and M&A, feasibility studies, market due diligence to completion of investment transactions. He has worked actively with various market players across different sectors such as developers, investment funds, financial institutions such as funds, insurance companies and local developers.

Mr. Kam is currently a Partner / Managing Director (China) at Credential Management Corporation in Singapore. He has spent more than 10 years in Mainland China as a Senior Director in charge of regional management for Jones Lang LaSalle China and Savills Shanghai. During his 17 years in Hong Kong, he was responsible for land acquisition, land consolidation, financial and planning feasibility studies, negotiating land premiums and land grant terms with the Government for the Urban Renewal Authority.

Mr. Kam was responsible for major real estate M&A, financing and investment projects including: Transport Network City S-REIT (Singapore), Sandals S-REIT (Singapore), Shanghai Agile Marriott Hotel (Shanghai Stock Exchange CMBS), Guangzhou Qiaoxin Group (Shenzhen Stock Exchange CMBS), GLP (Shanghai Stock Exchange CMBS), disposal of non-performing assets of Sheraton Hotel in Taizhou, commercial land in Central, Hong Kong Murray Road commercial land, Central Centre, New Era Plaza, Langham Place in Mongkok, K11 in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kwun Tong Town Centre, etc.

Mr. Kam holds a Master of Business Administration (Financial Management) from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Estate Management from the University of Reading, London, a Registered Real Estate Valuer in the PRC, a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Estate Surveyors, a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and a Registered Professional Estate Surveyor in Hong Kong.

He has been appointed as a Council Member of the RICS China Authority. He has also been appointed as a member of the Asia Pacific Branch of the RICS Regulatory Council, a Council Member of the Executive Committee of the Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce in China (Shanghai) and a Council Member of the China Asset Securitisation Forum.
