Dr Sin Ngai-chuen is currently serving as the Hospital Chief Executive of Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital and Tai Po Hospital. Prior to his current appointment, he was the Hospital Chief Executive of Shatin Hospital / Bradbury Hospice / Cheshire Home Shatin. He has 18 years of healthcare management experience, covering a wide breath of HA and hospital operations/projects including doctor work reform, service planning and various transformation projects. He has served as the Chief Manager for Patient Safety and Risk Management and different leadership roles in the Cluster Services Division of Head Office, and also as the Service Director (Quality and Safety) of KEC. Before switching to a management role, Dr Sin was a paediatrician.
