Having served several higher education institutions in Hong Kong for nearly 20 years, Ms Lau has accumulated ample experience in marketing, recruitment, curriculum development, and programme management. She has an in-depth understanding of the local and international market demand and focuses more on curriculum development, quality assurance and programme administration in the higher education sector. During her service at HKUICB, she has developed extensive global study tour routes around the world, and established close relationships with world-renowned universities, governments, and business organizations. Ms Lau obtained her MBA in 2004.
