Mr Yiu Ting Tsoi is the Founder and Managing Partner of HB Ventures, a venture capital firm focusing on investing in technology companies in deep-tech, renewable, smart-manufacturing, artificial intelligence and Web 3 in Asia.

With over 25 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, and corporate finance, he was the Head of Hong Kong Corporate Finance at JP Morgan and subsequently the CFO of a Hong Kong mainboard listed company affiliated with Tencent. Mr Tsoi has successfully completed over 100 IPOs, investments, and M&A projects.

Mr Tsoi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, a Master of Real Estate from the University of Cambridge, and an MBA from London Business School. He is also a professional accountant.
