Mr Chen Wei has served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Didi Chuxing. He graduated from East China Normal University in 1984 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. He obtained a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Pennsylvania State University in the US in 2000 and graduated from the Advanced Management Program of Harvard Business School in 2009.
He joined Hay Group, Inc., a global management consulting firm, in 2000 and was appointed Managing Director for the China Region, President of the Greater China Region, President of Northeast Asia, and a Global Executive Committee Member. He has received many awards in China in recognition of his outstanding expertise in human resources.
